Design
editAny reason we are not posting graphics of the design, as we do with the 50 State quarters program? The first five have been released, and could be used under the same license. SixFourThree (talk) 17:59, 12 October 2021 (UTC)SixFourThree
- They were just released and no one's gotten around to it here yet – you're welcome to upload them! Reywas92Talk 18:19, 12 October 2021 (UTC)
- Didn't realize they were that new - added! Thanks. SixFourThree (talk) 13:16, 13 October 2021 (UTC)SixFourThree

Images of the coins on individual's pages
editHave noticed that none of the first six non-free use imaged coins appear on the topic page of the honorees. I would think that they would qualify as pages where it would be fine to add the reverse of the coins, but am not proficient in going through the image-page process to add them. Is this something somebody can do? Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 01:45, 19 October 2022 (UTC)

New quarter designs
editWhy haven't the 2025 designs been altered if the U.S. Mint has already released the new quarter designs? 190.53.248.95 (talk) 21:16, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
- Could you provide a link? I did not find any announcement of the designs being chosen on the US Mint's website. - ZLEA T\C 21:26, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
Remove all the designs used in the article except for the main infobox at top of page?
editPer WP:FU, the rationale states, "To minimize legal exposure by limiting the amount of non-free content, using more narrowly defined criteria than apply under the fair use provisions in United States copyright law" and "Minimal number of items. Multiple items of non-free content are not used if one item can convey equivalent significant information.". What I suggest is a link to the direct reverse image source, as applied to various global non-free currencies in their articles. This [obviously] is an evasion of the policy's enforcement, which literally defeats the purpose of a fair use environment. Consider talking to the reference desk to get a non-copyright infringement solution settled. ѕιη¢єяєℓу ƒяσм, ᗰOᗪ ᑕᖇEᗩTOᖇ 🏡 🗨 📝 03:22, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
- Aside from the first four, the images I've clicked on all are public domain images, and seem fine for this page and Wikipedia usage. Have no idea why the first four are saying non-copyright, but would arguably be fair use for this page. Randy Kryn (talk) 03:40, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
- Obviously not. WP:NFCI explicitly states that idenfication of currency is acceptable fair use. Images of the coins are needed to illustrate the topic. Reywas92Talk 04:05, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
