I previously had my submission declined due to references. The entire Design section came from the same source, so I only linked it once. I started to put the same reference at the end of each paragraph, but I didn't like the way it cluttered multiple letters for a single reference. I think the Short Footnotes format works best for the design section, but I'll need a bit of help working out how to do the other sections' references in the "normal" format and especially getting references to automatically populate from the wizard in future revisions.
