In 2017, he went to Budapest and took a one-year pre-medical course at Avicenna International College[3]. He then began studying pharmaceutical science at Semmelweis University in 2018. Mirsadra's research skills were recognized in 2022 when he won first prize at the Semmelweis Tudományos Diákköri (TDK) Scientific Conference[4]. He graduated with magna cum laude from SOTE in 2023.
Research Area
edit- Drug Discovery: Involves identifying new medicinal compounds through diverse approaches, including medicinal chemistry — the design of novel drugs — and structural biology, which examines molecules' three-dimensional structures to understand how they function and interact with other molecules.
- Biochemistry and Biophysics Techniques: Encompasses the application of advanced tools such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), and cryogenic electron microscopy (Cryo-EM).
Honors and Awards
edit- 2024: Award, Bridged Bicyclic Molecule NMR Challenge – Analytical & Bioanalytical Chemistry, Springer Nature[5].
- 2023: Honor, The National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK) – Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
- 2023: Dean’s List – Semmelweis University.
- 2022: Award, Scientific Students’ Association Conference (TDK) – Semmelweis University.
