Bellefontaine Municipal Airport (FAA LID: 7I7) was a public-use, general aviation airport north of Bellefontaine, OH. It opened about 1967 and was replaced by Bellefontaine Regional Airport in 2002.

The runway was located at 40°24′43″N 83°44′13″W / 40.412°N 83.737°W, 4400 feet long parallel to the railroad.
History
editThe first flight at the airport's eventual location flew on August 1, 1912. The Bellefontaine Air Squadron No. 2 used the airport for many years.[1]
The airport was closed in 2022 and replaced by the Bellefontaine Regional Airport.
