±="Proper tags"= 17:28, May 28, 2021 - «Upper Palaeolithic Europe closed): fix with appropriate closing templates - User:Alexander_Davronov please note to use correct closing templates in the future»
- @Paine Ellsworth: Is there any difference for that actually? --AXONOV (talk) ⚑ 17:30, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, it has to do with correct substitution of templates and proper archiving. The easy steps are found by clicking the "Administrator instructions" link in the upper right of the MRV page. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 17:35, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Also, Alexander_Davronov, it is important to SUBST the nac template like this: {{subst:nac}} when you close. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 17:39, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Paine Ellsworth: Well I disagree over that. Substituting isn't good idea cause it virtually pollutes markup. --AXONOV (talk) ⚑ 17:47, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
- Respectfully, you do, of course, have the option to disagree; however, the template documentation shows that the nac template must always be substituted. That is the community consensus. I don't always agree, either, but I do go along with consensus whether I agree or not. P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 17:56, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
