After many weeks of research Joseph Louis Warshaw is A real Highwayman, There are some articles in the British Lords of York Paper.
Where he has been determine to have stolen large amounts of money in the 1870's.
I studied many Early Criminals and it tooks some digging but Joseph Warshaw in fact real and can be found in British papers, There isn't much on him but history tells a story a Highwayman by this name
