Wikipedia talk:How to use primary sources (biological sciences)

This looks an attempt to go around Wikipedia verification policy and content guidelines. Comment

I've read the fine essay, and especially I've checked its edit history, and I cannot say that I am convinced that biology articles on Wikipedia should be exempted from the general reliable sources content guideline that says that secondary sources should be preferred to primary sources. Most of the articles I read on Wikipedia about biology would actually improve if they followed a content guideline comparable to the more strict content guideline for articles on medicine. This is an essay that represents a distinctly minority point of view, and I will systematically disregard it (in favor of honoring Wikipedia guidelines) when editing articles. But thanks for letting us know what you think. -- WeijiBaikeBianji (talk, how I edit) 18:58, 26 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
