Five more slots available for spring term
editAre you interested in joining the Public Policy Initiative and using Wikipedia assignments in your course in the spring? Slots are filling up quickly! We've had a large amount of interest from professors who are eager to incorporate editing Wikipedia into their coursework, and we're approaching the ceiling limit on how many courses we can support in the spring. Contact Annie Lin, the campus team coordinator, at alin@wikimedia.org today if you're interested.
Wikimedia blog post highlights progress
editA new post on the Wikimedia Foundation's blog delivers an overview of the Public Policy Initiative so far. It covers where we are with courses, articles, the Ambassador program, and assessment, and explains a bit about what we're looking toward in spring 2011. For more details, check out the blog post "The Public Policy Initiative midterm."
