The composers of the month for April are four composers born in the first half of the 19th century. We lack articles on the following:

• Friedrich von Flotow (1812–1883): Alessandro Stradella

• Edward Loder (1813–1865): Raymond and Agnes, The Wilis, or The Night Dancers

• Anton Rubinstein (1829–1894): Feramors, Die Maccabäer, The Merchant Kalashnikov, Néron, and Der Thurm zu Babel

• Léo Delibes (1836–1891): Jean de Nivelle
