Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?: I started this new group because I there is no project group that has this idea. This will be a new, and amazing experience. If you've ever sent an article you've created to be reviewed, you know it can take a LONG time, and often ends up coming back with the requests that it is changed multiple times, before you send it in AGAIN! This could help stop that.

Also, specify whether or not you would join the project.
