- As I see it as a non-BAG member. Manual means that the bot script suggest some actions and if you have checked it you let the bot run automaticly. There is a whole world between manual and automaticly. And fully manual is let the bot do the search work and the user does all the edits.     - All bots now have the bot flag, even anti vandalism bots (media wiki now lets bots chose to flag their edits as bot or not). However we should just check that the bot is running in manual before it is flagged. {{OperatorAssistanceNeeded}} is the bot running in manual?
