Career
editHe had previously played for Belasitsa Petrich and Chernomorets Burgas. He signed with Montana in January 2008.
During the 2008-09 season Ivanov became the topscorer of the Bulgarian second division with 20 goals in 29 matches, helping the side achieve promotion to the top division.
On 4 January 2017, Ivanov signed with Cypriot club Akritas Chlorakas.[2]
On 11 July 2017, Ivanov joined Spartak Pleven.[3]
