Reference for MDD article

Reference isn't needed for this. I don't see any purpose of having any specifically for that fact. The cases of severe depression often range by getting worse from time to time unless intervention/treatment/etc has taken place. Prowikipedians (talk) 21:44, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
