editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as INFRA, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. August 2016
editThank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Kabali (film), as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Diff: [1]
In addition, the tone of your additions is inappropriate. We don't regurgitate what the media "crowns" a film. We present information from a neutral point of view. You should also see the talk page for Kabali. It's fairly obvious that the article you linked to is comparing the box office take of PK to the box office take plus pre-release financials like music rights sales or whatever, which presents a bit of an academic problem: an apples-to-oranges comparison. There are also wide differences on the gross estimates, so reporting one as unassailable fact, is not academically sound.
You also updated the trailer's view count but used the ephemeral term "now" to describe the new value. This isn't particularly helpful. Nobody reading that is going to know what "now" refers to. If they read it a year from now, they won't know that "now" meant a year ago. Frankly, I don't see the value of including the information anyway. We already said the important thing, which was to note when the alleged record was broken. Having an ongoing count is unnecessary. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:06, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Nirmaliya
editHello Stalinonline,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Nirmaliya for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. TushiTalk To Me 08:40, 30 August 2016 (UTC)
