The chronology that you provide should relate to that specific type i.e albums should only list previous & next albums (it should include singles or other releases) - similarly the chronology for singles should only list the previous and next singles (not list albums or other releases) Dan arndt 09:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Um, not entirely sure what you mean by "albums should only list previous & next albums (it should include singles or other releases)". However, I get the drift from the rest of your comment. Fair enough. I believe Wikipedia is a free-to-edit, collaborative effort. If I have broken a convention I apologise. You are free to edit at your will. I won't be contributing anymore as others obviously have a much better grasp of the culture and norms.

Just on the matter of "chronology" - a chronology indicates a timeline, a series, or sequence, of events indexed by time. They are typically ordered, usually from earliest to latest. If this is an acceptable definition, then I cannot see why the chronology should not contain ALL releases by an artist, rather than just one type of release. Sa cooke 13:55, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

I had written to the owner of the so-called 'copyright' material - namely the band the image represented, asking them if they would be willing to relinquish copyright over the image in question, or, failing that, whether they could provide a copyright free photo that would be used on Wikipedia. In the meantime however, some fucker deleted the image from Wikipedia. I see no difference in what that person did and what I did...

• No. The person who deleted the page needs to restore it. I do not have the image - I deleted it from my system knowing it was on Wikipedia. When I get a reply from the copyright holder I'll post it to the image page. Thanks. Oh, and on the matter of vandalism, I view what happened to the image page to also be vandalism - I trust that similar warnings etc have been sent to the person who DELETED the page in question. • The user that deleted your image is a trusted administrator, and was in fact doing his duty; your image was licensed incorrectly. It was not intended to be an insult to you, and it was most certainly not vandalism. As I said, revenge is not a good motivator, and you should not disrupt things just to make a point. Furthermore, after discussion with other administrators, your image was deemed unfit for use here as it depicts a currently performing band. More often than not, there are free images that can be used as alternatives; in this case, one has indeed been found, as you know. It has been uploaded and added to the article. @Koavf: It's been six years since I last attempted to engage with Wikipedia. It seems not much has changed. A lot of the content I added HAS been deleted, and I would like at least some of it restored. Starting with the stuff you deleted (or proposed for deletion). The recordings I documented are NOTABLE, including this one - it's NOT a song. It is a standalone promotional CD released by the band's US label.
