Help
Hello. I have expanded article Union of Upper Silesians. Could you check grammar correctness in this article, please? English isn't my native language, so my editions can include grammar mistakes. --JosefKożdon (talk) 00:10, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
- I'll take a look at it as soon as possible. Happy editing! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 01:19, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

Oh, it was on the technical village pump. I think it ought to work :) - Jarry1250 [Humorous? Discuss.] 17:16, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks! I just wondered - I knew nothing about the Village Pump post! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 19:10, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

I agree. Also, I saw you revert vandalism on Talk:The Last Olympian. While this is the right thing to do, I have seen you sometimes revert to a non-clean revision, as in that instance. Please compare different versions of a page and restore the right one. I hope that didn't sound mean... I do it too... Airplaneman talk 04:20, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, somehow I noticed that after I reverted it...I am getting better at checking revisions further back! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 04:22, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- Just a note: having different creation dates does not matter at all. You can ask them, or raise it with WP:SPI. Airplaneman talk 04:42, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I know, but the only reason I noticed was because they both showed interest in PJ articles all of a sudden, which doesn't really seem like strong evidence for SPI. I'll just keep an eye on them and see if anything else comes up. PrincessofLlyr (talk) 04:46, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- OK. Airplaneman talk 04:51, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I know it feels weird not to respond, but have you ever considered how funny it is for us to be involved in three or four conversations on different pages all at the same time? I started counting, and that has happened! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 04:54, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
- So is life on Wikipedia :). Airplaneman talk 00:25, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Categorization and Assessment of redirects
Hi. I was sifting through some redirects for the Percy Jackson Task Force and found that some are assessed, like this one. I've also seen some which have their talk pages redirected to the article's talk page. I'm leaning towards categorizing the redirects so the project can keep tabs on them, but I have no idea if there is a right or wrong way to go about this. What do you think? I've also brought this up at Wikipedia talk:Redirect. Thanks, Airplaneman talk 04:51, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
- I would probably agree with categorizing the redirects. Of course, like you, I don't whether that's right! I was actually wondering about it because I was trying to change the assessment and categorization of Stygian Iron, I think. One of those I just merged! Anyway, I changed the assessment to redirect and left the importance blank because I wasn't sure. PrincessofLlyr (talk) 14:17, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
- Great! I think I'll just go ahead and categorize them. Most redirects are low importance since they don't even have their own articles, and I think Stygian Iron is one of them! Airplaneman talk 18:04, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
Alright, looks like there's a definite answer: by all means categorize and assess them :). Airplaneman talk 19:31, 10 February 2010 (UTC)
- Okay! That's nice to know. Oh, and would you like for me to also do the PJTF interview? (I saw IBen's link on your talk.) PrincessofLlyr (talk) 23:39, 10 February 2010 (UTC)
- It's up to you; it'd be nice to have a second view on things, so yea, if you're up to it, could you drop by and answer a few questions? Thanks, Airplaneman talk 18:28, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, I'll take a look. I was glad to see that some of our pages got protected...very useful! So, are you out of school for snow today? PrincessofLlyr (talk) 18:48, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Great! Yea, I was getting tired of having to revert all that vandalism... and yea, I'm out of school. I have been the whole week, so that's why I've been more active lately. I've never seen (or shoveled) so much snow. It's a nice break, though. Have you seen our welcome and invite templates for the PJTF? I updated them yesterday. There's also a PJTF update thingy... {{Wikipedia:PJTF/Update}}. I'm also trying to clean up my userpage, as the scroll bars are annoying. It'd be funny if the snow predicted (50% chance) for Monday here materialized... I'd have a second winter break :D! Airplaneman talk 20:46, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

I've seen the templates before; I'll take a look at them again. I really should add links to them somewhere convenient, or memorize them, both things I hadn't bothered to do yet! I also saw the update thing, but I keep a close enough eye on the PJTF main page that I hadn't bothered adding it to my page. Of course, it might be a good advertisement of sorts, so maybe I will. I noticed the other day that IBen changed Stygian Iron back to article form and then reverted his own edit - could not figure out what was going on there, but I'm watching to see if he does it again. We're supposed to get snow here, which is kind of a big deal, because we almost never get snow! I'm excited! So, I'm guessing you consider an extra break good? Won't you have to go longer into the summer or something? PrincessofLlyr (talk) 21:04, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- I think someone raised the issue with him on his talk, and it was resolved with his undoing his own edit, thus reinstating the redirect. Yea, I'm glad there's an extra break; they're taking some days away from spring break, but I don't mind. Airplaneman talk 21:52, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

In this SPI case: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/99.150.125.36. Thanks for reverting the vandalism so fast! Airplaneman talk 16:36, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, I saw your message on his talk. I was gonna warn him a couple of times and then take it to SPI. But you saved me a message on your talk - I was about to ask about your userpage. The background is showing up black to me, making the writing impossible to see. Oh, and it snowed, finally! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 16:38, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- Cool! Thanks for warning him. About my userpage: I set the font color to green... trying to have an "original" userpage. So you can't read the font because it's black? Maybe the browser you are using doesn't recognize the "green" parameter... it should though. Weird. On my computer, (browser is Google Chrome) the font shows up bright green. You're saying it turns up black, right? What browser do you use? It might be it can't recognize the font (Verdana). Airplaneman talk 16:48, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, nothing is showing up except for links (blue, of course). I'm on Mozilla Firefox. And yeah, I was watching all through your improvements yesterday wondering when you were going to fix the text color! I totally do not what's wrong with it (have I mentioned before that I'm really no good with computers?). Oh, even weirder, I just checked it on Juno, and it shows up on there. It looks really good! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 16:55, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- I'll check it out on Firefox and test it there; thanks for telling me! Airplaneman talk 17:09, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

- Hmmm... I see... I just downloaded Firefox 3.6 and it's a nice browser... anyway, I see what you mean. I'll do some tweaking from there. Oh, the "Offline" thingy blinks! Cool! Airplaneman talk 17:21, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

OK, it's because Firefox doesn't like the color parameter "green". I used #00FF00 instead. Can you see it now? Airplaneman talk 17:40, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry, it's taken me so long to get back - I was out playing in the snow! It does show up now and looks great! It's good that the IP got blocked, but I honestly do not think a 55 hour block is going to stop him. Oh well. It should be easy to get him blocked again if necessary. Roll call looks good, I'll have to add myself to active! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 00:36, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
- Can I add you to my QUI list? BTW, Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Abuqader/Archive has another report... Abuqader made another sock account; you were right about it not stopping him... sigh. We're supposed to get rain tomorrow, which will melt all the snow... I'm actually looking forward to it for once. The snow's already delayed spring sports at my school for a week! Airplaneman talk 21:05, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, you can add me! I'll take a look at the Abuquader thing - I honestly do not understand how people like that have nothing better to do with their time than vandalize Wikipedia! Do you play any sports? PrincessofLlyr (talk) 02:24, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, and can I add you to my Qui? On a random note, I was stalking your talk page and thought I'd tell you that I'd be happy to help with a PJTF signpost. When I'm around! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 02:54, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, go ahead! I'll start a draft somewhere, sometime (I'll let you know when I do! Probably during spring break...) I was thinking of monthly or quarterly issues, and getting them delivered by a bot. What they need to do is get members involved in the most urgent tasks, and remind them of the PJTF's goals. That way, I'm hoping, interest will stay for longer, leading to a more productive project. Of course, half the users who join never edit again after putting their name down... I run :). Airplaneman talk 03:27, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, I know what you mean about people losing interest...I'm not sure how much this roll call will help with all these people joining now, probably because of the film. Oh well. I think I even saw one user that their edit to join PJTF was their only edit...I thought that was funny in a sad sort of way! Hopefully the signpost interview will get the attention of some experienced editors. Did you think my answers to most of the questions accurately reflected the project? I didn't want to jump ahead of everyone else, but I had time to answer! Oh, and do you think we should add links to our userpages somewhere, like, our first answers? I just thought that if anyone was interested in seeing what we're like as editors that it might be annoying to have to search us. Just a thought! PrincessofLlyr (talk) 03:58, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
- True. A roll call next year will hopefully clean up the list, but it's not terribly important. I saw your answers, and only responded where I had a bit to add. Your other responses were pretty much what I was going to say. I think adding userpage links would be great! Airplaneman talk 04:10, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
