Nice!
editGood job with this edit! I think you may have solved that silly little dispute. :D Lychosis T/C 03:20, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
- Eh, it seemed like the obvious thing to do. We really don't know if he was killed or not, so we just put down what actually happened: he was shot. :P Peptuck (talk) 03:45, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
- Heh. I can't believe none of us thought of that! Lychosis T/C 07:06, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
- My reverts aren't "undiscussed", they're on the discussion page, where they're supposed to be. And I notice you haven't touched the fact that the article says Irving is killed. Why is that not "original research" but when applied to Wesker, it is? At least Irving's head was attached to his body the last we saw of him... Daymeeee (talk) 19:40, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't know the article said Irving was "killed," but Irving's case is much more clear-cut. The in-game library files indicate he is dead, and we have a clear and obvious corpse, which is sufficient cause to say he is dead - even though this is Resident Evil, and we have multiple instances in the past of characters who should have been dead coming back to life. RFA
editMan, I have been looking through you contributions, I would be honored if you let me nominate you to RFA. What do you say?--(NGG) 21:55, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
- Forgive me for asking, but what's RFA? Peptuck (talk) 04:14, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

- Oh my. Adminship? The prospect of that sends panic running down my spine. I, uh, don't think I'm worthy of the responsibility. :P Peptuck (talk) 13:49, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Go for it! :D Lychosis T/C 14:57, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Trust me, you'd pass with flying colors.--(NGG) 22:24, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- So can I nominate you?--(NGG) 22:48, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, I don't think I have the time or the responsibility to make for a good admin. Perhaps in the future, though. Thanks anyway! :D Peptuck (talk) 20:10, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

You can help!
edityeah, this is random and stalkerish, but trust me when I have a reason for asking. where do you live/edit? (City and country would be nice, but whatever you feel comfortable telling is fine.) You can just shoot me an email or reply here. It's for a project, I'll let you see it when I'm finished (And btw, I would totally support you for adminship. Not that I have any idea you'd pass or not, but just letting you know :) --Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs (talk) 14:07, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
That's European, Not British
editThis edit used the Euro (which I don't even have on my keyboard), not the pound (which is this £). We British haven't succumbed to that garbage yet and I don't think we ever will. --Thejadefalcon (talk) 10:37, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
- Curse my ignorant Americaniness! :P Peptuck (talk) 18:01, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

Number of Spartan-IIs
editNot to act impatient, but I want to make sure you didn't miss my question at Talk:Halo: Reach. Did Frankie actually say there were class-one Spartans with numbers past 150? --DocumentN (talk) 04:50, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- It was several years back on the Halo.bungie.org forums, where he did quash discussion about the Spartans' numbers being limited to below 150 by pointing out that they weren't numbered like that. Hell if I can find the post in question, though. Peptuck (talk) 07:52, 18 September 2009 (UTC)
- ...huh. Well, thanks anyway. --DocumentN (talk) 01:03, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
Main page appearance: Halo 2
editThis is a note to let the main editors of Halo 2 know that the article will be appearing as today's featured article on August 6, 2012. You can view the TFA blurb at Wikipedia:Today's featured article/August 6, 2012. If you prefer that the article appear as TFA on a different date, or not at all, please ask featured article director Raul654 (talk · contribs) or his delegate Dabomb87 (talk · contribs), or start a discussion at Wikipedia talk:Today's featured article/requests. If the previous blurb needs tweaking, you might change it—following the instructions at Wikipedia:Today's featured article/requests/instructions. If this article needs any attention or maintenance, it would be preferable if that could be done before its appearance on the Main Page. The blurb as it stands now is below:
Halo 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie Studios. Released for the Xbox video game console on November 9, 2004, the game is the second installment in the Halo franchise and the sequel to 2001's critically acclaimed Halo: Combat Evolved. A Microsoft Windows version of the game, developed by Microsoft Game Studios, was released on May 31, 2007. The player alternately assumes the roles of the human Master Chief and the alien Arbiter in a 26th-century conflict between the human United Nations Space Command and genocidal Covenant. Time constraints forced a series of cutbacks in the size and scope of the game, including the campaign mode's cliffhanger ending, which drew widespread criticism. On release, Halo 2 was the most popular video game on Xbox Live, holding that rank until the release of Gears of War for the Xbox 360 nearly two years later. Halo 2 is the best-selling first-generation Xbox game, with at least 6.3 million copies sold in the United States alone. Critical reception was generally positive, with most publications lauding the strong multiplayer component. (more...)
