You are invited to check us out and, if interested, join our team. Our project page has a lot of resources as well as article guidelines that you might find helpful.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. edit

Please do not copy articles from other publications into Wikipedia, as that is considered a copyright violation. You must write articles in your own words, using reliable sources, if you want them included in Wikipedia. Thanks, Crum375 05:04, 21 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi Nelievsky. I understand you are annoyed that your article was deleted. Can I be of any help in rewriting it to conform with our policies? --John 05:11, 21 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:TAP cs-tbr.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:TAP cs-tbr.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 20:09, 3 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fly MI

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Fly MI, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.madeirablog.eu/2008/02/13/fly-mi. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 00:04, 8 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Airbus A380 (not) on Aerolíneas Argentinas

edit

Hi Nelievsky, I'm not sure if I have to answer in my talk or here, so here is my answer too.

Hi, can you please add a citation as to why grupo Marsans isn't buying 4 A380's anymore? Everywhere i've seen (including an airbus press-release[1] ) states the opposite.

Cheers, Nelievsky (talk) 10:46, 19 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Look what I write, there is a MOU but not a firm order. It should be firmed to include as an order. It may happens, but until yet, only Grupo Marsans has these MOU with Airbus. Look what the text of the picture also was, thanks! Airbus states: "Grupo Marsans to order a total of 61 aircraft including four A380s and ten A350 XWBs " To order, not "has ordered". I'm sorry I used "actually", that was wrong, it should read "not yet". Also LOI and not MOU. (→Privatization and near-collapse: A380 Image and text removed, actually not ordered, there was an LOI of G.Marsans. It is not ordered as May 2008) Look also the discussion page of http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/List_of_Airbus_A380_orders_and_deliveries, cheers.Cirrocumulus (talk) 13:09, 19 May 2008 (UTC) Cirrocumulus (talk) 23:42, 19 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Madeira airports.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Madeira airports.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 19:33, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

An exciting opportunity to get involved!

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 03:28, 23 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
