Speedy deletion nomination of Roopahera
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Roopahera requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. editHello, I'm Sitush. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Meena, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 15:22, 10 April 2017 (UTC)
- Adding to this, please read WP:RS if you haven't already. You cannot cite Wikipedia itself as a source. Also, random websites like swatantraawaz.com are not acceptable sources. utcursch | talk 18:54, 11 April 2017 (UTC)
- Please take a look at WP:BRD. If other editors object to your edits, you need to get consensus for your edits on the talk page. Repeatedly restoring your additions without addressing the problems pointed out by others will get you blocked per WP:3RR.
- Swatantraawaz.com is not an acceptable source: please find a scholarly source for your addition. And once again, read WP:RS if you haven't already. utcursch | talk 18:59, 11 April 2017 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Meena, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 19:22, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
Sanctions
editPlease carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.- Sitush (talk) 13:36, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
Enough is enough. You have to start talking and stop making dreadful edits to Meena. - Sitush (talk) 13:36, 23 April 2017 (UTC)
Your contributed article, Cheetah (Meena Clan)
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Cheetah (Meena Clan). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Cheetah caste. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Cheetah caste. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. FITINDIA (talk) 13:50, 23 April 2017 (UTC)

Hello, MEENAKACHORA. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Ushara, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- save the page
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

editWelcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Jaipur, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. MahenSingha (Talk) 18:56, 25 April 2017 (UTC)

The article Chetan Cheetah has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Fram (talk) 09:14, 15 June 2017 (UTC)

Sanctions
editFor continued disruptive behavior after being alerted of sanctions, I have decided, in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the terms of this community discussion, to impose the following sanction on you:
indefinitely topic banned from any edits related to castes, social groups, gotras etc and any page related to these topics, across any and all name spaces on the English Wikipedia
This sanction has been logged at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.
You may appeal this sanction to the community at the administrators' noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me on my talk page, before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. —SpacemanSpiff 07:45, 20 June 2017 (UTC)

Topic ban violations
editHi. Please note that you are currently topic banned from all Indian caste related articles and edits. These blocks will escalate (the next one for 2 weeks, then 1 month, then ...) all the way to an indefinite block. You also need to start using your own talk page as well as article talk pages more. Wikipedia functions in a collaborative environment and going it alone, especially in contentious areas, is not a good strategy. Best wishes. --regentspark (comment) 16:05, 22 June 2017 (UTC)

The article Roopahera has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unreferenced
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Andre🚐 02:14, 15 August 2022 (UTC)
