Hi, welcome to en.wp. The way WP:RM works is that any given RM is listed for 7 days, so its too early to ask an admin to close, and in fact admins will close automatically on the 8th day if there's a consensus. If there isn't (and 2 vs 1 probably isn't) it will move down WP:RM into the "Backlog" and may be "relisted," put back at the list head for another 7 days.
As regards User Cybervoron, I'm sure he means well, perhaps as a Russian speaking editor he doesn't realise that in the last 20 years, particularly the last 10, the English press and books have wholeheartedly adopted unicode. Perhaps also the widening of the EU to include Poland etc has been a part of that change. British people are not scared by East European accents and diacritical marks any more, and English is not the language of the British, Australians and Americans but the lingua franca language of the rest of us.
By the way, you can improve the "look" of Robert Visoiu at WP:RM very simply by turning User:Kronaveter from red to blue. People may be put off your RM by seeing a red (blank) user page. Even if you only add "Hello, I am Kronaveter" it will turn it blue and look better. Cheers. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:53, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
