Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Daniel Voicians
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Daniel Voicians, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of Voicians
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Voicians requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
- Hi - I agree with Praxidicae that the article didn't contain a credible claim of significance, and have deleted the article. If you want to have another go at creating an article about this person, you need to ensure that you demonstrate that they are somehow notable - see WP:NMUSICIAN and WP:GNG for ways you could do this. You will need to include some reliable sources giving the subject significant coverage - this is particularly important for a biography of a living person - those articles have to be rigorously sourced, and are usually deleted very quickly if they have not sources at all. - Hi - I dropped you a note on Praxidicae's talk page - JalenFolf has not withdrawn the deletion nomination, there is an on-going discussion about whether the article should be deleted - by removing that notice from the page, you will stop people finding their way to the discussion. If you don't want the article to be deleted, you should familiarise yourself with the relevant notability criteria (in this case either WP:NMUSICIAN or WP:GNG would apply), and then make a case at the deletion discussion.
