Megan Fox article

Hi. I noticed that you watch this article. Will you revert this edit? It's wrong because she hadn't been fired from the franchise yet. And this edit? It's by a user who has been blocked three times now for his disruptive editing to the Megan Fox article. This time, he has divided her Filmography section into Filmography and Television, and has made them subsections of her Personal life section. 217.147.94.149 (talk) 19:21, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

Unfortunately I do not know enough about that situation at the moment. Feel free to ask a different editor. --GouramiWatcher (Gulp) 12:44, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
The sources in the article show when she was fired, and it's easy to see that Dkjhbrewfhyjegfuygf has made formatting errors. But I'll ask someone else to revert. 217.147.94.149 (talk) 16:05, 11 September 2012 (UTC)

If you want something deleted in your own userspace, you can just tag it db-u1. Ten Pound Hammer(What did I screw up now?) 03:20, 20 September 2012 (UTC)

Your signature

Per Wikipedia:Signatures, could you be a dear and fix a couple of things about your signature?

 • The shadow is so dark it makes the blue text rather difficult to read
 • The code is too long; the hard limit is 255 characters, but yours is currently 303 characters

This is your signature as it is now (303 characters):

--<span style="text-shadow:black 0.2em 0.2em 0.2em;"><font face="Bradley Hand ITC"><font color=Blue>Gourami</font><font color=Red>Watcher</font></font></span> <small><font color=black face="Comic Sans MS">(Gulp)</font></small>

Removing the text shadow cleaning up the rest of the code to make it valid html5 results in this (243 characters):

<span style="color:blue; font-family:'Bradley Hand ITC';">Gourami<span style="color:red;">Watcher</span></span> <small style="font-family:'Comic Sans MS';">(Gulp)</small>

But since most people won't actually have those custom fonts and thus won't see them, you can simplify your signature further by removing those (160 characters):

<span style="color:blue;">Gourami</span><span style="color:red;">Watcher</span> <small>(Gulp)</small>

Using that last one would be preferable, as shorter signatures make discussions much easier to navigate and generally deal with, but at very least please address the readability issue and get your source within the length guideline. Thanks. -— Isarra 00:38, 21 September 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Emmer-Erfscheidenveen Man.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Emmer-Erfscheidenveen Man.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:25, 11 March 2013 (UTC)

Article Feedback deployment

Hey Gourami Watcher; I'm dropping you this note because you've used the article feedback tool in the last month or so. On Thursday and Friday the tool will be down for a major deployment; it should be up by Saturday, failing anything going wrong, and by Monday if something does :). Thanks, Okeyes (WMF) (talk) 22:10, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

Olivia Penpraze

Hiya i'm Laura and i'm 16, I'm from England. I enquired about setting up a wikipedia page (about Olivia) on a webchat thing as i was unsure of the requirements. Many of the admins stated that she wasn't really 'notable'. They sent me a link to your page and I saw the page about Olivia, I think if we get some resources we could try and get her the recognition she deserves. I really hope you read this, thank you for your time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.9.135.224 (talk) 17:05, 3 April 2013 (UTC)

I was one of the people on #wikipedia-help-en. I think what we were more trying to say was not that she was not notable, but that we didn't know, and that notability has to be established. I found the work you'd done in your userspace, and pointed this editor to it.
Laura, I would suggest registering a Wikipedia account. That lets you put pages on your watchlist, to know when they are updated, and makes it easier for other editors to know that it's the same person in an ongoing discussion. Pinkbeast (talk) 17:09, 3 April 2013 (UTC)
Hi Laura,

Like the others, I strongly suggest creating an account and then you can feel free to edit my userspace (User:Gourami Watcher/Suicide of Olivia Penpraze) about Olivia. If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. --GouramiWatcher (Gulp) 21:52, 4 April 2013 (UTC)

Gourami video

Hi! I've noticed your name at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aquarium Fishes, so I thought you'd be interested. I found this video on Flickr. It is of nice quality and is suitably licensed. However, I cannot figure out how to upload it, despite all instructions. It's a shame to miss it, since it would really improve the quality of the article about dwarf gourami (especially the dwarf gourami#In the aquarium section). Would you try to upload it or to explain to me how to do it? Thanks, Surtsicna (talk) 15:30, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

Oh, I finally did it! The video is here and it works fine :D Surtsicna (talk) 10:14, 25 June 2013 (UTC)

Respect and Sensitivity

Hiya Gourami Watcher! I sought to provide more information to my children about Bog Bodies and tripped over your submissions. I noticed a running theme and needed to stop and pause long enough to tell you how much I appreciate the respect and sensitivity with which you described your images and the general flavor of your vocabulary. Interest is one thing but your articles demonstrate a care that borders on awe. Given your subject matter, I cannot tell you how impressed I am that you recognize that these are people and not simply artifacts. Thank you so much, keep it up! SweetBabyDayn (talk) 20:54, 30 August 2013 (UTC) SweetBabyDayn

I can't appreciate more on what you wrote. I'm very thankful that you took the time to thank me for my work here! And I'm glad we share some of the same interests! --GouramiWatcher (Gulp) 16:58, 5 September 2013 (UTC)

List of unidentified murder victims images

Hi Gourami Watcher, before you add any more non-free images I think you should read Wikipedia:NFLISTS#Non-free_image_use_in_list_articles and the non-free content criteria. These images are highly likely to get deleted as they are both in a list article and they lack a compelling rationale for being hosted. In the normal course of things I would nominate them as such but that would fill this talkpage with a flurry of automated notices. Instead I've commented out the images so they don't display - this is likely to cause the images to be tagged as orphaned and possibly deleted but it allows you a week to see which ones you can satisfy the non-free criteria for. If you need any help on this please drop me a note on my talk page - Peripitus (Talk) 10:04, 1 March 2014 (UTC)

I ended up requesting the deletion for the page and most of the images because I lost my faith in the page. I left the ones that belong to an actual article, since they have some use Thanks for the message. --GouramiWatcher (Questions?) 23:57, 1 March 2014 (UTC)
