Redirect debate

I've been involved in a heated debate about a certain redirect page. It's called Userboxes and redirects to Wikipedia:Userboxes. The thing it, it was deleted, recreated, and now is up for deletion. Are there consequenses for moving an article?

I'm planning to move one of my sub-pages to my userpage, since it is completely useless as a sub. Is an admin going to punish me if I move on of my own pages without permission? Please reply to me on my discussion page. Please and thank you! Funnybunny 22:10, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

We use the term "move" to mean "rename". You can't use the move tab at the top of the page to move a page onto an existing page. This we call "merging". To merge two pages, you need to cut and paste one onto the other. You can pretty much do anything you want with your userpages. (Actually, you can do almost anything you want to any page anywhere on Wikipedia, as long as it's good-intentioned and doesn't freak anybody out. You have to use your best judgement on whether or not a page move or merge is going to freak anybody out. If you expect a freak out, then the thing to do is discuss it first.) But with respect to your own subpages (such as My empire and Quotes), feel free to merge them onto your user page if that is what you want to do. --Go for it! 22:24, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

iTunes won't let me put videos on iPod

That is a very easy question to ask. But it can also be hard to do what i'm about to tell you. If you have the latest version of iTunes, you can convert your video into a format your iPod can play. iPods don't have the capability to play every format, you know. If you don't have the latest version, you should go to apple.com to download it or get more info. So, how do you convert? Well, on iTunes, select the movie you want to convert, right-click it, then on the menu, click convert selection to iPod then, you wait a moment or an hour, depending on how big your video is. Then, you have your video! Simple right? Note: if you convert a video with MPEG or MPG format (or in this case, formats other than mp4 or mov) then the converted video might not have any sound.
