| You honestly deserve a barnstar. I want to be clear that I recognize your hard work and diligence. I know that we don’t agree on a number of things, but please do not take it personal. I do believe you have GREAT and honorable intentions, and that you’re not looking to be disruptive. Conflict is a natural course of things, not that we should seek it out, but also we should know how to work through things like adults, and things like the notice boards are a tool to assist in that process.
