Questions on LOOKING GLASS

I was reading your posts on the discussion page, so I was wondering if you could answer this: was the mission called Operation LOOKING GLASS or just LOOKING GLASS. I've seen the second term in more official documents. I'm wanting to incorporate some information into the Post Attack Command and Control System and Airborne Launch Control System pages.
