Kalitas of Assam - Assam category

Hi Clankalita, I removed the Assam category because there were already specific Assam categories (History of Assam, People from Assam, Politics of Assam, etc.) The main Assam category will become bloated if everything remotely or indirectly related to the state is added to it. One of the main purposes of categories is for accessibility and functionality, which decreases if everything Assam-related is added (the category will contain 1000's of articles). Yes you are very correct about Ahom. It doesn't the general "Assam" category. "People from Assam" and maybe some others are good enough. When I get time I want to filter all Indian state categories and also create more sub-categories if there are areas missing. You can also be bold and remove the extra categories yourself. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
