Welcome
editHello, Cedwards291 and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students. Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, if your class doesn't already have one.
If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Helpme}}
before the question.
Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.
It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}}
on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and should be treated accordingly.
We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Chris Troutman (talk) 03:04, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
Notability
editPlease take a look at the notability guidance for academics. Articles like the one you're designing have to meet criteria in order to avoid deletion. Use the guideline to determine what other information you'll need to add so your article. Note that an article about the Big Five personality traits already exists, so you don't need to replicate much of that information in your article about McCrae. Also, check out the Paul Costa Jr article for an example, although even that article needs better sourcing. Chris Troutman (talk) 20:18, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it's extremely helpful to hear from real student editors about their challenges, successes, and support needs. Please take a few minutes to answer these questions by clicking below. (Note that the responses are posted to a public wiki page.) Thanks!

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Robert R. McCrae
editHello Cedwards291. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Robert R. McCrae".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Robert R. McCrae}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. --L235 (t / c / ping in reply) 16:52, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
