Codeshares

Hey Benji, you've been adding codeshares to United's destinations on the John F. Kennedy International Airport article. Eg. United fl. 7611 to Beijing is actually Air China fl. 982. United fl. 7984 to Seoul is actually Asiana fl. 221. These are not United flights. They are not flown with United aircraft. They are codeshares with United's partners. Codeshares are not included in the destination lists. The only United colors leaving JFK are to LAX and SFO. (and United Express to IAD) Kind regards, --@Efrat (talk) 10:46, 11 August 2012 (UTC)

Flags

Hey, Benji - I noticed you've spent a good deal of time adding flag icons to various lists in articles. I like Wikipedia's flag icons but they are a bit subject to overuse - see this link - and in some cases can make an article less, rather than more, useful. For instance that long list of icons you added to the NY City article this morning makes that list quite a bit harder to read and scan, and the icons don't add really any information at all other than to say, "in case you were interested here is what the flag of Thailand looks like" - or worse, "here's the flag of Canada repeated 7 times in several lines". I've undone your most recent, and largest, additions of icons to that page for those reasons and because the undertaking did reflect a bit of work on your part, figured I'd drop a note so that you can adjust your efforts a bit going forward. Benji, I want to add a few things:

• 1. First of all, we all want you back on the project. We know you can do better. Some editors who are unconstructive are just not believed to do better. You were blocked to learn, not to hurt you.
• 2. You might want to archive your talk page sometimes, so you can have easier discussions without all of those warnings weighing hardly.
• 3. Remember that you can be unblocked if you make a convincing and credible unblock reqest about how you messed up and show to an admin (not me [for I am no admin for now], an administrator other than who blocked you).
