Hi Adelia NZ, per your contribution in Malaysia International article, please order the pair based on their surname or family name first ex: in 2010 it should be Goh Wei Shem first then Lim Khim Wah; 2003 Gan Teik Chai first then Koo Kien Keat; and also in 1998.
