Hello! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. You are welcome to edit anonymously; however, creating an account is free and has several benefits (for example, the ability to create pages, upload media and edit without one's IP address being visible to the public).

  Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Category:Roman Catholic churches in Hong Kong. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Mason (talk) 13:54, 6 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
@Mason: Please review your edits; none of which got anything to do with inclusion/exclusion under the China or country churches categories which you claimed (nor anything with your consequent allegation of geography warring). 219.77.182.250 (talk) 11:20, 9 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at User talk:219.77.182.250. Stop making inappropriate edits to your talk page. You may only use to request an unblock. WizardGamer775 (talk) 01:01, 10 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Deryck Chan: Should I call this miscarriage of justice? 219.77.182.250 (talk) 12:45, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
Could you please take a look into Mason's allegations which is practically made-up? She reported something which had never happened. The edits were just about a sort key and interwiki hyperlinks; there's nothing about what she called geography warring. Thank you. 219.77.182.250 (talk) 11:33, 21 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
While I appreciate you using my correct pronouns this time, you know very well that you've made a pattern of edits across that match Wikipedia:HKGW. You've been invited to make an account repeatedly, which would make it easy to distinguish you from HKGW. Mason (talk) 23:03, 21 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
While I appreciate... This time? You've been... Repeatedly? This is only the second or maybe the third time if I remember correctly. Can you explain which edits match what you called HKGW? 219.77.182.250 (talk) 11:29, 25 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Smasongarrison: I notice you made the same edit as what you have reported to RFPP. Please clarify and explain which and how my edits may be associated with HKGW, given that you made the same edit which you had reported. 219.77.182.250 (talk) 10:31, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Please stop pinging me. Your editing pattern is across IPs that is obvious. Even this edit today has you editing from another IP (219.76.25.216) and pretending to be this one (219.77.182.250) https://en.wiki.x.io/w/index.php?title=User_talk:219.77.182.250&diff=prev&oldid=1224275424. Mason (talk) 22:46, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
I am not on static IP and I didn't even notice the IP address assigned to me has been changed. What had I pretended? Either your edit was correct and you misreported it, or that the edit was a wrong one which you reported correctly. 219.76.25.206 (talk) 11:50, 29 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Deryck Chan. 219.77.182.250 (talk) 11:29, 25 April 2024 (UTC) @Deryck Chan: Could you please let me know which of my edits appear to be like HKGW so that I may see how to avoid such misassociation? 219.77.182.250 (talk) 10:31, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Quarry Bay School

edit

  Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Quarry Bay School. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. WizardGamer775 (talk) 16:45, 6 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

@WizardGamer775: Please really don't take it personal. It's all about the repeated requests targeted at Hong Kong school articles which the notability requirements are clearly fulfilled. Maybe it will help if the notability tests/surveys can be quickly and easily performed before the nominations. 219.77.182.250 (talk) 11:20, 9 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for block evasion.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Daniel Case (talk) 01:29, 7 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
@Daniel Case: As explained above, what's reported was just a false claim. There has been nothing to do with the country category. 219.77.182.250 (talk) 12:32, 9 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

You are blocked for evading a previous block, but don't address this in your request. Yamla (talk) 15:44, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Daniel Case: I've changed the block to anon-only, talk page access revoked, account creation allowed. This person seems to fit the WP:HKGW archetype in terms of repeating their point without engaging in dispute resolution, including their latest attempt to canvass me by a ping. If this were indeed the classic WP:HKGW they would also refuse to create an account, so I've changed the settings to mitigate collateral damage. Deryck C. 14:25, 15 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Mason (talk) 14:43, 21 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Smasongarrison: May I know why you reverted my edits? 219.77.182.250 (talk) 10:32, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

As I have stated already on your talk page, you did not explain your edits, and it was not immediately obvious what the benefits of your changes were.Mason (talk) 12:45, 17 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
