Rape and the WP collusion in a culture of silence
What do we do when a government says only 2% of its women have been raped but even the most short-term Western surveys show the actual number is 20?
According to WP, we cite the government statistic as 'official,' and the "blogged" or "single-webpage" article is downplayed.
It's our duty in our adhesion to WP core values to fight East Asian press club censorship and the problem of totalitarian regimes.

2% of Chinese men admit to gang-rape. 20% of Chinese men admit to rape. How can only 2% of Chinese women have been raped? Are the Chinese men only targetting foreigners (unlikely)?
