Dr S G Kolarkar Dr S G Kolarkar born in Nagpur is a prominent historian and versatile marathi writer. He has written about fifty books in marathi and was the first to translate history of "Napolean Bonaparte" in Marathi. He worked as a professor of History in Nagpur for more than 30 years. He has also written some light comedy/parody books in Marathi. He presented a popular programme on Nagpur radio called "Pani Puri" In 2000 he completed writing the Nagpur Gazatier.
