The CFU Regions League is a quaternary association football tournament proposed for CONCACAF's Caribbean Football Union (CFU) region. It is for football clubs from the domestic league not to qualify for the CONCACAF Confederations League, and for domestic champions of the second tier.
The champion earns a berth into the CONCACAF Regions League, the region-wide quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the CONCACAF Confederations League. The three teams are joined by the four semifinalists from the NAFU Regions League and the top three finishers from the UNCAF Regions League.
