Al Hosn Palace (Arabic: قصر الحصن العامر Qaṣr al-Hosn al-Amer) is the Sultan of Oman's residence in Salalah.
History
editSultan Said bin Taimur preferred Al Hosn Palace to Al Alam Palace in Muscat. He married two Dhofari women and his heir, Qaboos bin Said, was born at the palace in 1940.[1]
