About me and the current war of Russia against Ukraine

edit

I am a Russian citizen, live in Russia and add information to the English Wikipedia to help English-speaking people understand Russia's ussies better.

Unfortunately, now the Russians do not understand they are dying by the thousands in Donbass during the current war between the NATO, led by the United States, and post-Soviet Russia. The war was started after the Euromaidan. The occupation of Ukraine and the Crimean Peninsula was planned before the 2008 South Ossetia war. (See: "Road to War in Georgia: The Chronicle of a Caucasian Tragedy". Der Spiegel. 25 August 2008.) The Euromaidan resulted in the retaliatory annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation. During the annexation of Crimea, bloodshed did not take place, and most Crimean inhabitants agreed to live in Crimea under Russia's jurisdiction. On the territory of the so-called Federal State of Novorossiya, most of its inhabitants did not agree to be under Russia's and Ukraine's jurisdiction and started the war against the Western part of Ukraine to be separated from Ukraine. Vladimir Putin supplyed Novorossiya's separatists with armaments, provisions and military divisions from Russia (Watch the video on YouTube). The list of Russian military divisions secretly dispatched from Russia to Ukraine and used there was published in The investigation by RBC: Where Russian soldiers in Ukraine are from (in Russian, in English). Among the separatists are English-spekeaking American citizens (Watch the video on YouTube). Russia has nuclear missiles and, because of them, can be seen as the major threat to the whole of the West. These are the main issues in politics over Ukraine.

Russia will suffer the bulk of battle casualties if Russia does not stop its advance in Ukraine because Ukraine can be supported by the NATO. It seems to the NATO to be the only reasonable solution to prevent the Third World War. That is why this war is between the NATO, led by the United States, and post-Soviet Russia. We wished to preserve the multipolar world, without the dominance of one super-power country, but will have the unipolar world dominated by the United States. It means nothing interesting in the future. Now Russia has all chances to stop the Third World War if Russian-speaking people of Novorossiya will be taken from there to Russia so that Russia can stop its advance in Ukraine. That is the best solution I think. Of course, Russia's advance in Ukraine is aggressive, dangerous for all the countries of the world and fraught with the mutual destruction of the USA and Russia.

Your contributions to articles are constant and invaluable, especially on the subjects of mental health, human rights, and/or Russia. I found you through your additions to Andrei Sakharov, and reading through your contributions is an inspiration. Please keep up the great work - editors like you are the bedrock of Wikipedia!
