Purpose/Min Message(s): The film Lilo and Stitch has shown to have many messages within the film. It's amazing how many messages the audience sees from their own perspective. We all know the message about family and how important they are in our lives, but there are many more that not everyone realizes at first. For example, There are two different references from the movie where it involves the Ugly Ducking story in the film and what Lilo and Stitch had to endure from others. Where we can learn that there is nothing with being different, and shouldn't be afraid to express ourselves and be who we are. But most viewers see this movie for its message on family. It emphasizes it so much that the film makers created a quote for the audience to take in and remember about how important family is and why we should appreciate having them in our lives.
