NTT is a global technology and services provider. The creation of NTT was announced by its parent company Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT Corporation) on 7 August 2018.[1] It was confirmed that NTT will be a global operating company comprised of three existing subsidiaries of NTT Corporation: Dimension Data, NTT Communications and NTT Security.[1]

On 10 May 2019, the president and CEO of NTT Corporation, Jun Sawada, announced that, from 1 July 2019, Dimension Data, NTT Security and NTT Communications will become known as NTT.
