My Background
editFirst, my name is Joseph Donahue. I am a frequent user/contributor to Wikipedia and occasional editor. My primary background for the past thirty years is in software development, and more than a decade of construction/carpentry work prior to that. I have taken some college level courses, sporadically, over the past four decades, mostly focusing on math, logic, history and random computer/programming related topics. I read a lot and own a small collection of encyclopedias dating back to the early 1920's as well too many books to keep on shelves (very little fiction).
Current Interests
edit- Space travel.
- Fusion power and propulsion systems.
- History.
I would like to contribute more content/editing time to Wikipedia than I have in the past and am available to assist with any interesting projects.
