Unrealism is a cultural movement that began in the mid 1990s, and is best known for its visual artworks and writings.
Unrealist works are defined by their lack of formal representation and use of "absolute abstraction." Originally a movement rooted in paint oriented abstraction, Unrealism has become a growing movement among technology based "net artists."
