University of Michigan Women's Ice Hockey Club Team

This is a sandbox version. The University of MI Women's Ice Hockey Club Team started in 1994. Three women, Kate (Hallada) Begeman , Camille Hutchinson, and Sue (Edwards) McDowell put together the Club application and purchased ice for the team. All three women were playing ice hockey in the Ann Arbor and SE Michigan region at the time. Kate (Cornell) and Sue (Colby) had played varsity hockey at their undergraduate institutions.
