Coadjutor bishop

I've added "Coadjutor bishop" as an heir type since RC bishops successors are now frequently nominated under this title. I guess we should add "President-elect" to cater for McCain/Obama from Nov-Jan. Anybody got any other ideas? Bazj (talk) 13:26, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
