Outdated - needs update

This template needs updating as it is significantly out of date and missing newer models. Additionally, we should consider moving it to a Template:Navbox (similar to Template:Yamaha motorcycles) for legibility or using Template:Navbox timeline for formatting clarity and consistency. Stray blank lines

Can anyone fix the stray blank lines showing when the template is collapsed, I could not work out how to do it. Cheers Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 16:07, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Decades before the 90s?

I don't know how to expand it, but is there any reason the timeline doesn't include years prior to 1990? I don't think it would be hard to figure out all of the production models for years from the 60s through the 80s and it would be really nice to be able to have a more inclusive timeline. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jon1234567 (talk • contribs) 06:25, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

I figured out how to create a new template and created another to cover Honda street motorcycles of the 1980s. I added links so teh two templates point to each other. I didn't try to divide the models into categories, so that would be a good next step. The years of models could definitely use some peer review as well -- most of the year data is taken from Wikipedia articles. I also think it would be a good idea to create an additional template or two to cover the 1960s and 1970s. Jon1234567 (talk) 08:53, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Time to split off 90's?

Isn't it more interesting to see the longer span? Any way, I think we could add signs like "<<" and ">>" in a row when production is continued from or into a next decade (or template). -DePiep (talk) 22:13, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
