Font size

edit

I have Restored the font to 100%. Normal font is the standard font that should be used. Please discuss and explain why you are using smaller font size against WP:MOS MOS:TEXTSIZE. Has there been any consensus to use 90% font size? where? Venkat TL (talk) 15:19, 12 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

The font-size should remain at 90%, which is more compact. Neither WP:MOS nor MOS:TEXTSIZE recommends against using any font-size larger than 85% of normal font. ‑‑Neveselbert (talk · contribs · email) 17:14, 12 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Neveselbert. No I cant see any noticeable compactness. Getting few pixels saved at the cost of readability is not the right way. Since you have not linked a consensus discussion, this means this has not been discussed before. Who and how decided at 90% and not 95%. This unnecessary use of small 90% text without any visible benefit of compactness makes the text harder to read. Please restore normal text size. Venkat TL (talk) 17:20, 12 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
I can, on my browser the table fits adjacent to the infobox when the size is at 90%, unlike when at 100% and the entire table appears below the infobox. There is absolutely nothing wrong with 90% as a font-size, it's perfectly readable for most people. I'm open to changing it to 95% as a compromise, though. ‑‑Neveselbert (talk · contribs · email) 17:28, 12 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Neveselbert yes, please proceed with 95% as an acceptable compromise. Venkat TL (talk) 17:40, 12 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

A Column for Constituency

edit

A Column should be added to list the representing Constituency (Or state) of the Cabinet member. -Vijethnbharadwaj (talk) 05:59, 26 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
