Template documentationThis is a userbox to display that one wants to become an administrator. Do note that some users at RfA, the process of becoming an administrator, look negatively upon using this userbox and others like it, as people using it may not realize that being an administrator is not a trophy that confers any due prestige on Wikipedia, or deliberately ignore such norms and want to become an administrator solely for perceived power or influence rather than doing any actual administrative tasks.
Parameters
- Unnamed parameter (or
|1=or|date=if you want) – The date (in whatever format) by which you hope to be nominated, will self-nominate, will remove the userbox, or will advance the date. Using this parameter changes "would like to be one someday" to "would like to try to become one by date". |speech=y– adds the joke "and has an acceptance speech ready" after "someday" (or the date).
