For use with the lists by term of opinions by the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, such as 2014 term United States Supreme Court opinions of Samuel Alito.
This template will generate the header (including text intro and image), statistics box, the headers for the opinion list, and the footer (including references, navigational templates, and categories). Use an instance of {{SCOTUS-justice-listentry}} for each separate opinion, inserted in the "entries" field, and then be sure to include the closing brackets for this template after the last entry.

firstname, lastname: The first and last names of the Justice. Enter middle names together with the first, and enter according to how their main article is titled.
chief: Enter "yes" if the list is for the Chief Justice. Enter "no" or omit this field entirely if the list is for an Associate Justice.
image: The filename for the Justice's portrait. Do not include wikilinks, and do not omit "File:" from the filename.
term: The term for which the opinions are being listed; enter the year only (e.g., 2013 for the 2013 term), which will be the calendar year in which the term begins (terms run from October to October).
tenurecount: The number of terms in which the Justice has served on the Court, whether in whole or in part. Write in prose and as an ordinal. For example, "first," "twenty-ninth," or "thirty-fifth." Additionally use chiefjusticetenurecount for their tenure served as Chief Justice, if they were elevated to that position after having served as Associate Justice.
datedied or dateretired: Use this field to note that the term was the Justice's last, entering their date of retirement or date of death.
startdate, enddate: The starting and ending calendar dates of the Court's term.
majority: The number of opinions in which the Justice delivered the judgment of the Court, whether a majority opinion in whole or in part, or a plurality opinion.

other: The number of opinions the Justice filed that do not fit into the above categories. These include in-chambers opinions and those styled as "respecting the denial of certiorari".
benchcount: The number of opinions the Justice delivered or filed in connection with an opinion of the Court. These will be listed in the syllabus for each of the Court's opinions in its term list, for example at http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/slipopinion/14.

inchambers: The number of in-chambers opinions the Justice filed. These are listed in a separate table on the Court's website, for example at http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/inchambers/14.
unanimous: The number of unanimous opinions the Justice delivered. Do not include in this count if any Justice joined only in part or dissented even in part, or if any Justice did not participate.
mostjoinedby, leastjoinedby: The Justices who joined the most or least opinions of the listed Justice for that term. As numbers will only be significant after the close of the term, leave blank until then . Include the respective opinion count in parentheses after the Justice's name.
notes: If any ref tags are used in the list, enter "yes" in this field to generate {{reflist}} and a header for a footnotes section.
url-courtopinions, url-relatingtoorders, url-inchambers: URLs for the term lists maintained by the Court on its website, to be entered as references for the completeness of the opinion list. These will populate standard citation templates.
archiveurl-courtopinions, archivedate-courtopinions, archiveurl-relatingtoorders, archivedate-relatingtoorders, archiveurl-inchambers, and archivedate-inchambers: Use for referencing order term lists that are no longer maintained on the Court's own website.
