Overall: I can't see the source for the hook, so I am accepting in good faith. epicgenius (talk) 19:22, 18 January 2018 (UTC)
Most of the article is fine, but in "Business career", the statement but the project was halted by the advent of World War I. is unsourced. That info was in his obituary. I added a reference.Brianyoumans (talk) 20:49, 18 January 2018 (UTC)
In the "Political career" section's second paragraph, the phrase Unfortunately, the governor submitted a competing appointment makes it seem like you favored Spriggs' appointment instead. You should remove "unfortunately". I made it "However" instead. Brianyoumans (talk) 20:49, 18 January 2018 (UTC)
