The hook is not in the text I presume the relevant sentence is The synagogue's Gothic style was inspired by the Cologne Cathedral in Cologne, Germany, and Friedrichwerdesche Kirche in Berlin - There is nothing about it being built in a Gothic revival synagogue ?
