Allocated Yee surname into different section (Dec 2016)

edit

Hi wikipedians, ledededededededddeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedededededededddddddeeeeeeeeeeedddddddddddddddeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddddeeeeeeeeeeeeeedddddddddddddededededededeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee is what it means. Some people may have surname of Yee but in the translated Chinese character, Yee can be different. I have split the original section into various Notable people with surnamed Yee () section. If an article does not have the Chinese character, then, the person can be placed into the Notable people with surnamed Yee () section. Cheers! SWP13 (talk) 09:39, 31 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Under the Notable people with surname Yee (余) heading, the adjective "Singaporean" is spelled wrong ("Singaporian"). Reselen345 (talk) 05:36, 12 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Add disambiguation/second article with title "Yee"

edit

"Yee" (sometimes extended to "yeet") is now a meme/slang word popular on social media. I could be a good idea to add a second page for the meme/slang word meaning, and a disambiguation page added. This may be an entirely outrageous proposal, and I apologize if it is! Thanks, MrConorAE ( user | talk | contribs) 01:24, 26 May 2019 (UTC) ok, but the meme/slang will need to pass the notability guidelines. Im a shoe2 (talk) 01:15, 2 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
