instructor to student ratio
editif “… there are 18,000 RYA instructors across the world. It is estimated that 13,000 professionals are working on commercial vessels …”, then there are far more instructors than there are trained professionals. Does this make sense? 97.41.66.150 (talk) 13:22, 23 March 2017 (UTC)
