I just expand the introduction of the city and add a reference. It still needs someone to add categories and give more information user talk: Victoriadebois

There're two distinct Xingping cities

The article is horribly messed up. There's a fishing town Xingping in Guangxi and a city Xingping in Shaanxi. The article incorporates information about both without distinguishing them. I'm not fixing this because I'm not quite acquainted with China.
